Privacy Policy
Effective date: May 5, 2026
1. Overview
2. Information We Collect
We collect information in two ways:
Information you provide. Name, email address, phone number, and business information you submit when creating an account or completing setup.
Information generated through use. Session records, call transcripts, and usage data created when you interact with the Service. Audio processed during a session is used solely to produce a text transcript and is not retained in its original form.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Operate, maintain, and improve the Service.
- Deliver features, suggestions, and session outputs.
- Process payments and manage your subscription.
- Communicate with you about your account.
- Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access.
- Comply with applicable legal obligations.
We may use aggregated, de-identified data — from which no individual can reasonably be identified — to analyze usage patterns and develop new features. We do not sell your personal information.
4. Lead Data
The Service lets you upload contacts — including names, phone numbers, states, statuses, notes, and call history (collectively, “Lead Data”) — so you can dial and manage them through Wingman. You retain ownership of all Lead Data you upload. Wingman processes Lead Data solely to deliver the Service to you: to display contacts in your account, place outbound calls on your instruction, capture transcripts and outcomes, and surface follow-up suggestions.
We do not sell, rent, license, lease, share, or otherwise distribute Lead Data to any third party for their own use. Lead Data is not pooled across user accounts, used for advertising or marketing to the underlying contacts, enriched into any external dataset, or used to train AI models that operate beyond the scope of your individual account. Telephony, transcription, and AI providers process Lead Data only as needed to complete the specific call, transcript, or suggestion you initiated, under the contractual restrictions described in the Service Providers section below.
You may delete an individual lead at any time from the lead list, and may request deletion of your full lead set by contacting us. Deletion requests are processed within a reasonable period; certain copies may persist in routine backups for a limited retention window before they are overwritten.
5. Call Transcripts
Real-time processing. The Service processes call audio in real time to deliver its core features. Resulting transcripts are stored in your account and accessible through your call history. You may delete individual call records at any time.
Transcripts are processed solely to deliver and improve the Service. They are not used for advertising, sold to third parties, or disclosed except as described in this Policy.
