Terms of Service

Failure to comply with applicable recording laws may result in civil or criminal liability. Wingman disclaims all liability arising from your failure to obtain required consent.

TCPA. Under the federal Telephone Consumer Protection Act, solicitation calls to residential or wireless numbers are generally permitted only between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM in the called party’s local time. Wingman surfaces a warning when a call is about to leave outside this window based on the lead’s state, but the warning is a reminder — not a safe harbor. Statutory damages of $500–$1,500 per violating call apply.

Do Not Call. You are responsible for scrubbing recipients against the Federal Do Not Call Registry and any applicable state DNC lists before dialing. Wingman does not perform DNC scrubbing on your behalf.

State-level rules. Many states impose stricter calling windows, mandatory disclosures, registration requirements, or outright restrictions on cold calling. You are responsible for knowing and following the rules of the state in which each lead resides, in addition to the state in which you operate.

Consent and suppression. You represent that every number you dial through the Service is one you have a lawful basis to contact — prior express consent, an established business relationship, or another recognized exemption — and that you honor opt-outs and revocations of consent in real time.

Calling-hours warning. The Service may present a warning before calls initiated outside your configured hours or outside the TCPA window. The warning is a courtesy reminder. Clicking through the warning, suppressing future warnings, or disabling the warning entirely does not reduce your compliance obligations and does not create any obligation on Wingman to prevent non-compliant dialing on your behalf.

Indemnification. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Wingman, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, fines, settlements, fees, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to your calls, your use of the Service to place calls, and any alleged or actual violation of TCPA, DNC, state calling rules, consumer-protection laws, or any other applicable law in connection with your calling activity.

Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis. By subscribing, you authorize Wingman to charge your payment method at the applicable rate until canceled. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled prior to the renewal date. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

Wingman reserves the right to modify pricing, plan limits, and feature availability at any time with reasonable notice. Free plan access is a revocable privilege, not a right.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service without obtaining all legally required call consents.
• Attempt to probe, scan, reverse-engineer, decompile, or circumvent any part of the Service.
• Access or attempt to access any account, system, or data not belonging to you.
• Use the Service to transmit malicious code, spam, or fraudulent content.
• Resell, sublicense, or commercialize access to the Service without written authorization.
• Use outputs from the Service to train, benchmark, or develop competing systems.

Wingman and all components of the Service — including but not limited to its software, models, algorithms, prompts, suggestion logic, design, and documentation — are the exclusive property of Wingman. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works based on any part of the Service without prior written consent. Outputs generated by the Service are licensed to you for personal business use only and may not be used to replicate or compete with the Service.

You retain ownership of data you upload or generate through normal use. By using the Service, you grant Wingman a limited right to process that data solely to deliver and improve the Service.
